Listening to Our Body: Meditation & Movement
By interspersing meditation sessions with body movement practices, you can connect with your body-mind in a deep and gentle way. Inspired by Zazen, the Zen-Buddhist meditation, and the Japanese body technique seita-ho, it is an invitation to slow down and be able to listen to nature outside and inside us. The awareness of our body parts and movements brings us to the present moment, and lets us experience this same body as the mind in meditation, and vice versa.
